How do I search for cards on your web site?
First, choose Search By Player Name, Search By Year & Brand, Search By Team or Advanced Search from the menu to the left. The Player Name search lists cards in alphabetical order by the players' last names. The Year & Brand search loads a chronological list of all the sets I have. This is particularly useful if you're a set builder. Search by Team allows you to see all the cards for a team, either in alphabetical order or listed by year and brand. If you want to refine your search further, try the Advanced Search for even more search options, such as rookie cards, game used cards, autographed cards, serial numbered cards, professionally graded cards, country of origin, etc.

How will you ship my cards?
Cards are securely packed and mailed in bubble envelopes or boxes. I ship through the US Post office, and First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail are available for most orders. Just specify which service you prefer when you check out. If you're outside the US, you will have the choice of International First Class or Priority for most orders. We have over 10 years experience shipping cards through the mail and take every precaution to make sure that your cards arrive undamaged.

Do you have cards that aren't listed on your web site?
Yes indeed! We have millions of commons available for want lists and a constant supply of "better" cards that we simply haven't had a chance to catalog yet. If you don't see what you need on the web site, please use the Contact Us link to let us know what you need.

Where can I find the value of my cards?
Beckett's Almanac of Baseball Cards and Sports Collector's Digest are decent price guides that are often available at public libraries. If you don't have access to price guides at the library, you can buy new or used copies of those books online or check out Tuff Stuff's free online price guide.

Do you take consignments?
I maintain a large and constantly evolving inventory for the web site. Most cards that I am offered for consignment too closely duplicate cards I have or will have. However, we may be able to work out a consignment deal for an extremely rare high-end card. I also may be able to help you quickly sell an expensive collection or high-end single for a commission. If you're trying to sell cards like this, feel free to e-mail me and we can discuss options.

Do you sell card supplies?
Not generally, but I usually have a supply of top loaders, thick game used top loaders, penny sleeves, and 9-card binder sheets on hand. If you're having trouble finding card supplies in your area, use the Contact Us link to tell me you need, and I'll see what I can get for you.

Do you sell unopened wax boxes or packs?
My main business is selling baseball card singles, and I do not keep an inventory of unopened past releases. If you live in an area where you do not have access to new wax AND know well ahead of the release dates which products you want to buy, feel free to contact me through the Contact Us link, and we'll see what we can work out.

Do you sell cards for other sports?
Nope. It's Baseball Cards Only.

Why can't I see a picture for every card?
I have more than 100,000 cards on the site right now and I'd die of old age before I got them all scanned. I do my best to put up scans whenever I have the time. If you need to see a scan of a particular card, use the Contact Us link, and I'll post a scan for you.

Who are you guys anyway?
My name is Richard and my love for baseball cards began as a kid growing up in Brooklyn collecting the cards of my beloved Brooklyn Dodgers. Every summer, a large portion of my allowance went towards penny & nickel packs of Topps. Penny packs (and the Brooklyn Dodgers) may be a thing of the distant past, but my passion for baseball cards is as strong today as it was 50 years ago. Once I realized that my son did not share my love for baseball cards and would not appreciate my vast baseball card collection, I decided to start selling off all but a few of my most treasured cards. I have now been dealing extensively in baseball cards over the internet since 1998, and have shipped tens of thousands of baseball cards to well over 5000 happy customers. In the spring of 2003, I realized that the business had grown too big to be run by just one person. So, I hired Dylan to ship the orders. He, too, is a long-time baseball card collector, who still remembers the thrill of pulling a Ken Griffey, Jr. Upper Deck rookie card from a pack as a kid. He has now taken over many of the day to day operations so that I can spend more time pursuing my other love, orchids. Whether you are an old time collector like me, a newcomer drawn in by the on-the-field exploits of Ichiro, Barry Bonds or Albert Pujols, or the proud parent of a newly drafted minor leaguer, those of us at Baseball Cards Only are happy to help you find what you're looking for.
